1. REDUCE NAIL VARNISH USAGE
Nail varnishes contain a range of chemicals which can be harmful to your nails especially if you use it too frequently.
If you still need to use a nail varnish especially for those who love or are obsessed with painting your nails, you can use organic nail varnish.
2. TRIM NAILS REGULARLY
Regular trimming of our nails is very important. Well i know how nice keeping long nails can look especially if they are well kept, But advice is that you should trip your nails regularly which can prevent breakage and cracking.
3. PREVENT NAIL BITING
I know a lot of ladies especially who bite their nails….its not healthy. as it makes your nails eventually weak thereby leading to breakage.
You need to regularly moisturize your nails so as to stimulate orderly flow of blood into them to aid proper growth and also prevent breakage.
5. VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS
Yes they work. You can include multivitamin supplement in your diet and also calcium supplements as they aid proper growth and prevent breakage of your nails.
